HOW DO WE HEAR THE FILM?
Like at a usual cinema, we have a high quality sound system allowing for a clear and enjoyable movie experience.
ARE THERE TOILET FACILITIES?
There are toilets located a small 2-3 minute walk from the viewing area.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?
There is a refreshment stand on-site selling a limited selection of Alcoholic Drinks.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD?
Children are permitted at our events, but please be aware that they must adhere to the film’s certification and our stewards will check to make sure that all audience members are the suitable age to see the film. Valid photographic ID will be required for any patron we believe to be under the age certification of the film. The following ID can be used as proof of age: Current Passport, current UK Driver’s License or Provisional License, VALIDATE UK, CitizenCard.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
Tickets will be emailed to you as a Print at Home Ticket or display on a digital device when prompted at your arrival to the event.
We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience.
Please help us by:
-Not attending the show if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
-Respecting the government guidelines
-Follow on-site safety signage
WHERE IS THE NEAREST CARPARK?
Carnglaze Caverns has parking available on-site, this is included as part of the ticket.
WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE TO BUY?
A selection of cinema style snacks will be available on the day,
Chocolate, Sweets, Popcorn and crisps.
Feel free to bring your own food to enjoy during the film.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
No, this is not possible
But be aware, we have a bar onsite, if you require something specific, please let our events team know on the contact page.
All tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another name for no charge.
If the event are cancelled due to changes in COVID-19 Restictions, all tickets will be rescheduled for an alternative date, if you are unable to make the new date, a refund will be issued.

The first cinema area (The Rum Store), is fully accessible for all persons, including wheelchair users.
